Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor budgets and control costs to align with project financial goals. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Handle project documentation, including contracts and permits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction phases. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
