Restoration Project Manager

Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita is looking for an “A” player, career-minded an individual who has a winning spirit to serve others and a history of achieving great results. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners put their lives together after a traumatic event. Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovations, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

The ideal Restoration Project Manager:

Is self-motivated
Likes working with people
Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
Thrives under high stress situations
Has excellent communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong computer knowledge and skills
Is willing to work hard
Strong background in Construction

Five or more years of Construction is required. Sales experience is preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
