- Manage all phases of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, engineers, and team members
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Prepare reports, change orders, and project documentation
- Minimum 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling and project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification preferred
