Key Responsibilities

Identify and document project scope of work as well as obtain customer and client agreements.
Maintain excellent customer and client communications.
Create schedules, timelines, and project budgets.
Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience is required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
