About the Role:

Join SERVPRO as a Construction Project Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming properties after disasters. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you will lead construction projects that restore homes and businesses to their former glory.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
Utilize project management software to track progress and document changes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
