Our Company is seeking an experienced (3-5 years required) Construction Project Manager who loves to work in a fast paced environment.  You will be initiating, selling, budgeting, managing and closing multiple jobs at a time.  We want someone who is comfortable problem solving, working ethically, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. Key Responsibilities·       Identify during the Mitigation phase potential job leads, evaluate them and ensure a seamless handoff between Mitigation and Reconstruction.·       Procurement expertise and material selection·       Develop and maintain strong vendor/trade partner relationships·       Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.  Experience and ability to successfully manage 12-18 jobs at a time.·       Sell jobs to customers that have experienced fire and water damage.  The jobs are just waiting, simple confidence, experience and customer service will secure it.  You will be responsible for the management of the customer experience.·       Educate customers on construction process·       Identify and document project scope of work
·       Create and Review estimates·       Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
·       Review budgets
·       Ensure proper permits are acquired·       Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.
·       Create project schedule and timeline
·       Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
·       Negotiate terms and set expectations
·       Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
·       Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals ensuring timely notifications, workflow efficiency, and accurate payment processing.
·       Compile and resolve punch list items
·       Perform final walk-through with customer·       Complete projects on time and within budget.
·       Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
·       Manage all warranty activities
·       Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
·       Be familiar with and be able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator and Construction Superintendent 
Position Requirements
·       3-5 Years of Construction Project Management preferred·       High school diploma/GED
·       Superb customer service track record
·       Effective written and oral communication
·       Proficient and willing to learn Office and various other technology platforms.

·       Walking and/or standing throughout the day·       Frequent driving and sitting·       Occasionally climbing ladders·       Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat·       The noise level at individual jobsites can be loudBenefits:
