Construction Project Manager, QSR Program

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a national ground-up Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program for a global brand. This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the owner’s construction team, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant projects.

The Project Manager will manage multi-unit restaurant rollout projects, including ground-up builds and occasional remodels, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Location: Candidates must reside in Southeast Kansas, Bentonville, AR, or the Tulsa, OK areaTravel: 40–60% regional travel to projects across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple QSR ground-up construction projects simultaneously across a regional territory
• Oversee preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling
• Act as the owner’s representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achieved
• Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals
• Manage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Lead punch list completion and project closeout
• Provide regular project reporting and proactive risk management

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programs
• QSR construction experience strongly preferred (McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, etc.)
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced rollout environment
• Ability to travel 40–60% regionally

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
