Construction Project Manager (3+ Years Experience)

As a Construction Manager at Simplified Management, you'll support and execute residential and commercial construction projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You'll work directly with Senior Construction Managers, gaining hands-on experience managing schedules, budgets, contractors, and site operations. Your days will include site visits, coordinating trades, tracking progress, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to standard. This role is ideal for someone with solid field experience who wants to deepen their project management skills and grow into a more senior leadership position.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management or project coordination experience

• Residential and/or commercial construction background

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (or actively pursuing)

• Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across MA & NH
