Role Overview:
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through final walkthrough. You’ll coordinate with clients, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Site Assessments: Conduct inspections, document damage, and create accurate scopes of work.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor costs, approve expenditures, and maintain financial accountability.
- Team Leadership: Supervise technicians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work meets local codes, insurance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records including contracts, permits, claims, and progress reports.
- Quality Control: Conduct final inspections and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations before closeout.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, building materials, and insurance claim processes.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
- Preferred certifications: IICRC, PMP, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
