Job Description
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from beginning to completion in Tampa, FL Pay: $100-110k depending on experience. Benefits: Yearly bonus, Comprehensive Employee Benefits: 401k, Medical, dental, Vision insurance, PTO and more! Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager:
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
- Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
- Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring prompt responses and documentation.
- Lead procurement efforts for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor subcontractor billing, performance and resolve issues proactively.
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of AIA billing and construction financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel, word, outlook), Microsoft Project,
- Procore (not required but preferred)
- Primavera P6 (not required but preferred).
- Additional tools such as Bluebeam, Auto 9/10 PM’s for plan review) and ERP systems are a plus.
