  • Understand the construction process inside and out

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of construction projects, primarily supporting fast-paced EV infrastructure work, from planning and budgeting to execution and client hand-off. This role requires managing multiple fast-moving projects at once, frequent coordination with field teams, and the ability to pivot quickly as project conditions change. • Track job costs, manage monthly billing, and maintain profitability
  • Collaborate with estimating and procurement on project setup and execution
  • Identify and resolve issues early to prevent project delays
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client expectations are consistently met

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction (commercial preferred). We hire at Project Manager I or Project Manager depending on experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience with site work, utilities, concrete, or civil scopes strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, JobPlanner, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $120,000, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Per diem and company-booked travel when work requires overnight travel
  • Company laptop and phone
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance (company-shared premiums)
  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), earned from your first day
  • Paid holidays
  • 2 weeks of paid parental leave
  • 401(k) with 3.5% employer match
