Job Description

Xterior Solutions, a leading contractor for residential and commercial roofing and home siding services in Greater Hudson Valley, is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team and managing multiple projects while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with clients to ensure their visions for their homes come to fruition in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. At Xterior Solutions, we focus on providing exceptional customer service and quality products, making us a go-to contractor in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
Select and manage subcontractors and vendors, including reviewing proposals and negotiating contracts
Maintain safe job sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
Complete final inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards
Respond to and resolve any project-related issues that arise

Requirements

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Five or more years of experience in construction project management
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Must have a reliable Pick Up Truck
Laptop/Computer
