Project ManagerMy client is an established general contractor and a respected leader in the Indy construction market, delivering high-quality projects across education, government, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering large-scale projects while upholding the company's values of ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. Project Managers are trusted leaders who are supported by senior leadership while being empowered to run their work.Job DescriptionLead $10M+ design-build and complex construction projects from start to finish
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule
Drive decision-making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support
