Job Description

Job Title: Construction Project Manager Job at a Glance: Manage a high volume of construction operations jobs using Salesforce and Excel.Location: Cherry Hill, NJWork Schedule: Hybrid - 4x onsite, 1 day remotePay Rate: $30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Duration of Contract: 3-months with extension/conversion possibility (rolling contract)Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate a high volume of concurrent construction projects (approx. 100 active, 20 daily touchpoints), ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track project milestones, update statuses, and maintain accurate documentation across all job phases.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
  • Monitor resource allocation, material delivery, and subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
