Job Details / Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6Update schedules regularly with input from project teams and field staffHelp ensure schedule logic, durations, and milestones are accurate and up to dateSupport daily and weekly schedule updates with field teams and subcontractorsTrack progress against the project schedule and report variancesParticipate in schedule review and coordination meetingsAssist in tracking labor, equipment, and material usage in alignment with the scheduleHelp identify potential resource constraints or conflictsPrepare basic reports, including weekly look-ahead schedules and progress updatesSupport senior schedulers with schedule analysis and documentationWork collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and field staffSupport coordination of project phasing in an active airport environmentMaintain accurate records of schedule updates and supporting documentationEnsure data is organized and compliant with project requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordinationBasic knowledge of Primavera P6 preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to learn and develop scheduling expertiseAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExposure to large-scale infrastructure or airport projects is a plusBasic understanding of construction processes and sequencing
