Job Description
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and contracted staff across one or more construction sites.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update tracking systems (Salesforce, OSP, Excel) with complete, up-to-date information.
- Conduct regular site visits for bid walks, pre-construction reviews, punch walks, and closeouts.
- Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and leadership.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project closeout documents meet company and customer standards.
- Serve as the on-site safety and quality assurance representative, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and workmanship standards.
- Oversee installation of coax, fiber, antennas, cable connectors, brackets, and related hardware across small and large venues.
- Support office-related administrative tasks such as supply ordering, package handling, event coordination, and travel scheduling.
- Act as an on-call first responder during service issues to coordinate resolution and prevent escalations.
- Travel as needed to any company operating region; support expanded territories as business demands.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in Wireless, Wi-Fi, Fiber, and Copper installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of construction management processes, OSP (aerial and underground), site acquisition, and permitting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and as-build drawings
- Strong understanding of telco, power, fiber, and vendor equipment requirements
- Low-voltage installation and troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Valid, clean state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and be part of an on-call rotation
- Ability to travel to any company operating location, including overnight travel
