Our firm specializes in the Construction and Real-Estate Markets and strives to make the perfect connection for our clients and candidates. We are seeking an experienced recruiter to add to our team in the coming weeks.The Role:
- Take on Job starts with clients in an informative meeting
- Research market to find candidates who could be a good fit
- Call and interview candidates via telephone
- Craft an inspiring introduction to the client regarding candidate's background and interest
- Follow up with candidates and keep abreast of changes and updates in the market
- Update Bullhorn ATS daily
- Attend weekly in person meetings with Senior Management Team
- 3 -years of recruitment experience
- Outgoing
- Enjoys talking intelligently with all levels of candidates

- Able to work with minimal supervision
