Job Title: Construction Safety Manager Location: Atlanta , GA Salary Range: $80/hr to $95/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance on our construction sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
