- Track sales metrics and report on pipeline activity and performance.
- Must have a proven experience in construction sales/ business development in the Milwaukee area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the Wisconsin construction market is a plus.
