The company specializes in complex, high-end commercial projects and has built a strong reputation for quality, repeat business, and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionDevelop, review, and maintain baseline schedules from preconstruction through project completion. Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive schedule updates, forecasting, and look-ahead planning. Analyze critical path activities, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies. Standardize scheduling procedures, templates, KPIs, and reporting across active projects. Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, executive reporting, and scheduling best-practice training. Strong experience with complex commercial construction projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also valued. Expertise in critical path methodology, procurement planning, and construction sequencing.
