Procon is seeking a Program Scheduler in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated, multi-project schedules to support the successful delivery of a Capital Program. The Program Scheduler works closely with program leadership, project managers, field teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to deliver accurate schedule intelligence, identify risks, and support decisions-making at the executive and program management levels. This role provides program-level schedule governance, oversight, and strategic analysis for projects in various phases to ensure alignment with program objectives, milestones, cashflow, funding constraints and contractual requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
  • Ability to work onsite full time.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM).
  • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principals and schedule analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Ability to interpret contract documents and specifications, and construction drawings.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, program controls, or project controls.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-project or program-level schedules.
  • Experience in K-12 facilities, transportation, infrastructure, or complex linear construction program-level schedules.
  • Contractor or owner-side experience is a plus.
  • Certification (Preferred): AACE (PSP or CCP), PMI (PMP or PMI-SP) and/or CMAA certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Program Master Schedule integrating multiple project-level CPM schedulers using Oracle – Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Ensure alignment of project milestones with program-wide objectives, phasing plans and funding timelines.
  • Support development and update of bond cash-flow on a monthly basis to ensure that the cashflow reflects accurate updated data.
  • Establish schedule standards, coding structures, calendars, and reporting convention across the program.
  • Support the review of contractor and project schedule to ensure compliance with program requirements, contractual standards, and scheduling best practices as needed.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze schedule updates from multiple project teams.
  • Produce program-level schedule reports and support enterprise dashboards, and leadership briefings.
  • Serve as the primary scheduling advisor to program leadership.

The Estimator works closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and procurement staff to maintain cost control and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
