Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements.
- Analyze project plans and documentation to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Review and analyze bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support during the bidding process and pre-construction planning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Profile
A successful Construction Senior Estimator must have:
- 10+ years of construction estimating experience
- A strong background in construction cost estimation within the property industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities and project efficiencies.
