Construction Senior Project Manager (Miami, FL)Luxury Hospitality, High-End Residential, Commercial Construction

Are you a Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional projects while building lasting client relationships?

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead complex luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction are the highest priorities.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.
Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mentor and develop project team members.
Support company growth by maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
Proven experience managing luxury hospitality, luxury residential, condominium, or commercial construction projects.
Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
