Construction Senior Project Manager – Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

To leverage your expertise managing demanding schedules, subcontractors, and cross-trade coordination?
To champion safety protocols while minimizing disruption of ongoing hospital operations?

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent) with a General Contractor.
Proven track record managing complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs), within an active hospital a plus.
In-depth knowledge of all construction divisions and hospital protocols.
Experience navigating federal contracts and regulations.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Fort Lauderdale residency or strong relocation commitment.
