Construction Service Technician

Service Technician Pay rate: $20-$23Shift: 1st Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pmLocation: Wayland, MI Bear Staffing is seeking a multi-talented Service Technician to assist with performing quality repairs, refurbishment and modification of modular buildings and containers.Responsibilities:

• Assisting with repairs to mobile office trailers.
• Assisting with assembling Office furniture
• Assisting with Inventory counting.
• Cleaning windows, blinds, doors, floors and walls
• Painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair.
• Provide courteous customer service as needed
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels.
• Attend periodic safety meetings.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and practicing safe working habits including complying with client safety standards on-site.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Some knowledge of computers is necessary.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in NON-temp controlled environment
• Must be trainable, as cross-training in different aspects of role.
