A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to adda Construction Services ProjectEngineer for their Washington, DC team!

Responsibilities:

Manage/control all construction projectdocumentation
Update ConstructionManagement plan
Ensure all constructiondocuments and required recordkeeping is maintained appropriately
Responsible for external andinternal communications with the project team
Technical writing of projectdocuments and documentation management
Monitor/observe dailyconstruction activities on projects
Establish project controls/procedures
Prepare monthly reports,maintain project records, review contractor payment requests
Prepare projectdocumentation including transmittals, submittals, Requests for Information(RFI), letters, faxes, emails
Attend progress meetings andgenerate status reports
Meet with project team,vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other service providers as needed
Assist with large-sewerrehabilitation projects from design/permitting phase through constructionservices

Requirements

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, froman accredited college
5+ years of relevant experience
MD or VA PE preferred or ability to obtain viareciprocity within first 6 months

Salary iscommensurate with experience.
