Construction Site Safety Officer (SSHO)Military Construction Projects | Kings Bay Naval Base Saint Mary's, GAJoin RQC, LLC, a leading Design-Build contractor specializing in military, federal, and large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States.We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer (SSHO) to support military construction projects in the Saint Mary's, Georgia area for ongoing work at Kings Bay Naval Base. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with experience in commercial construction, federal projects, NAVFAC, USACE, DoD construction, EM 385-1-1 compliance, and OSHA regulations.Since 1996, RQC has grown into a nationwide organization delivering complex Design-Build projects valued from $25M to over $250M. Accident Prevention Plans (APP)Contract requirementsRQC Safety Management SystemThis role works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain a safe, compliant, and productive jobsite.This is a full-time, onsite position. Travel or relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates outside the area.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 - $125,000 annually (DOE)Vehicle allowance

Experience with NAVFAC, USACE, DoD, or federal construction projects preferred
Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations
Competent Person training and/or experience in fall protection, excavation/trenching, confined spaces, electrical safety, scaffolding, and PPEDocumented safety training averaging 24 hours annually over the past 5 years
Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with RMS, QCS, or Viewpoint preferred
