Construction Staffing Recruiter / Sourcer Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Greensburg, PA We are seeking a driven Construction Staffing Recruiter / Sourcer to support hiring across multiple trades, project coordination, and sales roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and placing skilled talent while partnering closely with internal teams to meet workforce demands.Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across construction trades, project coordinators, and sales staff
- Partner with internal teams to align hiring needs and workforce strategy
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Anticipate hiring challenges including fall-offs and skill gaps
- Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (construction preferred)
- Understanding of construction trades and related support roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
