Job Description

High Rock Waterproofing Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties:- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules- Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and construction documents- Familiarity with construction software such as Raken and Blue Beam- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills- Ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
