Job DetailsQualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on safety and quality

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Enforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Review and resolve any field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership
