Job Details
The Superintendent is responsible for overall field leadership and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards. You will lead the day-to-day jobsite operations while collaborating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction operationsManage and coordinate union subcontractors and craft laborDevelop and maintain project schedules and sequencingEnforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA complianceConduct daily subcontractor coordination meetingsEnsure work meets quality standards and contract documentsMaintain detailed daily reports and field documentationCollaborate with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and logisticsIdentify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact the scheduleMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
What We're Looking For:10+ years of construction field leadership experienceExperience working with union tradesBackground as a Lead Superintendent or Superintendent on $10M+ projectsExperience with complex commercial, civic, education, infrastructure, or industrial constructionStrong scheduling and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholdersCommitment to jobsite safety and craftsmanshipStrong leadership and communication skills
