Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety
Run weekly meetings and maintain project milestones
Work closely with PMs and ownership
Typical projects are podium, wrap-style, and mid-rise multifamily
Ideal background includes 5–15 years running multifamily or wood-frame projects
