Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve any concerns.
Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and specification requirements.
Assist in planning and scheduling project phases and activities.

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Experience with managing healthcare construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
