- Oversee day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for luxury interior buildouts.
- Manage subcontractors, field crews, scheduling, logistics, and quality control to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, with a sharp focus on premium finishes and design details.
- Maintain jobsite safety, enforce compliance, and coordinate inspections.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain timelines, budgets, and smooth communication.
- Serve as the onsite client‑facing representative, ensuring a polished, professional, and solutions‑oriented experience.

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Strong experience as a Superintendent overseeing luxury commercial or high‑end corporate interior projects in NYC.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple trades in fast‑track environments while maintaining top-tier finish quality.
- Clear communicator with strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of interior construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and high-end materials.
