Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
Lead subcontractor coordination and site logistics efforts
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders
Monitor project quality and enforce company standards
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules
Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Foster a positive jobsite culture focused on accountability, safety, and teamwork

A successful 'Superintendent' should have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Proven success managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive schedules and maintain client satisfaction
Experience with healthcare, higher education, civic, institutional, or other complex commercial projects preferred
Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation
Stable career progression with reputable general contractors
Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $165,000
