Continued growth has created opportunities for advancement and leadership development.Job DescriptionAs a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects
Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and site logistics
Ensure compliance with local, state, and project-specific regulations
Maintain quality control and project documentation
Lead safety initiatives and conduct site inspections
Work closely with project managers and ownership representatives
Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions

Experience with public construction projects preferred
Understanding of construction codes and regulations
Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project scheduling softwareOSHA certification preferred
