Superintendent

Manage healthcare & Class A office projects from start to finish.

3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare and class a office construction division.

Job Description

Oversee daily construction site activities and maintain progress against project plans.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to keep work aligned.

Review project schedules and address site issues that could affect delivery dates.

Monitor work quality and confirm completed work meets project requirements.

Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized job site.

Communicate project updates, milestones, and site needs to relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to support planned construction work.

Maintain site records, including daily activity reports and progress documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

Experience overseeing daily construction activities on active job sites.

Experience coordinating subcontractors, contractors, materials, and site schedules.

Ability to read construction plans and follow project specifications.

Experience monitoring work quality and resolving day-to-day site issues.

Knowledge of construction site safety practices.

Ability to maintain clear project records and provide accurate progress updates.
