Projects range from $12K to $25M, average project $5MProjects in the commercial, industrial, education, and multifamily markets

All projects within 90 miles of MadisonFamily-oriented culture

Average employee tenure of 17 years

Job DescriptionManage daily on-site commercial construction operations. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines. Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance. Ensure quality control and specification adherence. Resolve field issues with project stakeholders. Coordinate site logistics, materials, and equipment. Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
