Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff for maximum efficiency. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure expectations are met. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records. Identify and resolve any potential project delays or challenges proactively.
