Construction SuperintendentClient is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their Class A division.Job DescriptionSupervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and schedules. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and resolve construction issues. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management. Manage and document project-related reports and records efficiently.
