Construction Superintendent - Multifamily, K-12

This Superintendent role leads multifamily or K-12 projects from site mobilisation through closeout. • Lead day-to-day site operations on multifamily or K-12 projects
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site safety programmes
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and design partners
• Maintain quality standards, inspections, and project documentation
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff Profile* 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent or Senior Assistant
• Background in multifamily, podium, or K-12 construction
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management
• Able to lead teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Open to mostly local work with limited regional travel

Job Offer

• Salary of $100,000-$130,000 plus bonuses
