Job Description

With a strong backlog of work across healthcare, education, municipal, public safety, office, and senior living sectors, the company offers stability, career growth, and a culture where employees are valued for the long haul rather than the duration of a single project.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, holding teams accountable for production, safety, and project milestones

Conduct site meetings with clients, consultants, and trade partners while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Oversee projects from ground-breaking through punch list completion, proactively solving field challenges

Stable career history with 2-3+ year tenures and thoughtful career progression

Strong communication and client-facing skills with a professional leadership style

Experience delivering ground-up projects; healthcare, modular construction, or engineering backgrounds are advantageous
