Manage and coordinate subcontractors, holding teams accountable for production, safety, and project milestones
Conduct site meetings with clients, consultants, and trade partners while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Oversee projects from ground-breaking through punch list completion, proactively solving field challenges

Stable career history with 2-3+ year tenures and thoughtful career progression
Strong communication and client-facing skills with a professional leadership style
Experience delivering ground-up projects; healthcare, modular construction, or engineering backgrounds are advantageous
