Primary Responsibilities: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction mechanical and electrical teams.

- Provide leadership to the construction mechanical and electrical teams
- Lead efforts to achieve world-class goals: safety, quality, schedule, cost performance, team development, and compliance
- Develop and maintain a workforce that is experienced, motivated, and committed to organizational objectives
- Serve as key resource and point of contact between facility leadership, project managers, and engineers on project work.
- Implement, monitor, and drive project scheduling and completion
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates while addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed
- Plan and execute multi-site project and maintenance operations for the crews while efficiently utilizing assets and resources to minimize cost
Job Experience: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage complex projects, solve problems, and effectively lead people and resources to achieve results
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven ability in leadership
- In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field
- Familiarity with blueprints, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- CDL or ability to obtain and maintain CDL
