Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are safety and accurately performing their job duties while ensuring the project remains on schedule.

This position will be a salary position. It will be $45, 000 a year, plus 0.5% commission. It will also include the use of a company vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:Ensure that all safety requirements are being met to local, state and OSHA standards. Supervise employees and ensure that they are performing their job duties. Keep all projects on schedule and budget. Ensure that completed work is done accurately and to code. Complete reports. Keep track of employee's time. Communicate effectively with employees and upper management. Ensure that all proper PPE is being worn at all times. Ensure that safety measures are being used. All other duties as required.
