Job Description
- Manage CST site coverage and provide day-to-day direction to CSTs.
- Coordinate with government, customer, contractor, and security leadership.
- Monitor construction activity and ensure site security procedures are followed.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, incident documentation, and required security records.
- Report security concerns, construction deviations, and potential risks through the proper leadership chain.
- Provide site orientation to newly hired CSTs on local procedures, reporting expectations, documentation standards, and escalation requirements.
- CST certification required before placement.
- Secure construction, SCIF, SAP, CST, ICD 705, access control, escort, or physical security experience.
- Ability to work on-site in an active construction environment.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work outdoors in summer heat and winter cold, walk up to 5 miles per day.
- Must be able to perform duties requiring manual dexterity, verbal and written communication, and the ability to read, understand, and apply written and spoken instructions.
- Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements
- Prior experience with NRO or NSA within the past 12–18 months for crossover suitability
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
