YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Construction Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time construction professional roles supporting Rosendin, a leading electrical construction contractor. This position focuses exclusively on hiring non-field construction professionals, including project management, estimating, safety, and support roles, ensuring the organization is staffed with experienced talent capable of supporting complex electrical construction projects in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Managingtheentirehiringprocessfromsourcingtooffer acceptance.

  • Participatingindeveloping,implementing,andexecutingrecruitingprogramsandstrategiestofill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Buildsolidrelationshipswithleadershipteamsandserveasapartnerbefore,during,andafterthe recruiting process.

  • Beproactiveinnetworking,coldcalling,and“deepdiving”intopassivecandidatenetworks throughout various markets

  • Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintainingcompanyconfidentiality.Interactswithvariouslevelsofmanagement,employees, applicants, and vendors.

  • Managescollegerecruitmentprograminitiativesfromcoordinatingeventstoattendingeventsasa Company representative.

  • Managesjobpostingsandannouncements,applicantcorrespondence,employeeresumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.

  • Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records inlinewithcompanyrecordretentionrequirements.Considerablefiling,faxing,copying,distribution of materials, etc.

  • Developrelationshipsandcreatenewrelationshipswithrecruitingcontactsinthe community.

  • Createandmaintainstatisticaland/orcompliancereporting.

  • Assistintheimmigrationprocess(H1-B).

  • Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeing performed by this position.This is not acomplete listing and other duties will beassigned basedon the position’s role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • AssociatedegreeinHumanResources,Business,orotherrelated discipline

  • Bachelor’sdegree preferred

  • AdditionalHRcertificationsaplus(PHR,SHRM-CP)

  • Background in Construction highly preferred

  • Minimum3years’recruitmentexperience

  • ExperiencewithanHRISandATSdatabase;(TaleoPreferred)

  • Canbeacombinationoftraining,educationandrelevantworkexperiencethatisequivalent

TRAVEL: 

  • Upto20%

WORKINGCONDITIONS:

  • Generalworkenvironment-sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noiselevelistypically lowtomedium;it canbeloudonajob site.

  • Occasionalliftingofupto30lbs.
