In this role, you'll help build high-quality modular homes in a controlled, team-based production environment.If you enjoy hands-on work, want steady hours, and are looking for growth in the construction trades, this is a great opportunity to get started or continue building your career.What You'll DoAs a Construction Technician, you'll play a key role in the homebuilding process:Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete construction tasks

Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals

Perform general construction duties across different areas as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Use hand and power tools to assemble and build home components

Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Assist in identifying and solving basic production or construction issues

What We're Looking For1+ year of construction or related experience preferred (but not required)Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Reliable and punctual

Problem-solving ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (drug-free workplace)Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly

Stand and work on your feet for extended periods

Bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Safely operate hand and power tools

Work in a fast-paced production environment

Tolerate varying temperatures within a manufacturing setting

Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe workplace
