Responsibilities include: " Perform Quality Assurance checks and documentation on high-complexity omnichannel marketing campaigns, including all functional elements of campaigns (creative builds, automations, queries, journeys, etc) " Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the marketing automation platform. " Create, review, and share standard quality control documents and follow process to ensure accuracy and completeness. " Participate in agile delivery activities such as QA and continuous improvement. " Maintain documents per requirements of department document management policies and procedures. " Identify and resolve gaps and implement improvements to QA processes and documentation " Provides exemplary customer service while setting, maintaining, and exceeding brand expectations. Provide updates on projects and any risks to Associate Director. " Keep abreast of 1:1 marketing and email industry best practices and new technology by participating in professional organizations, as well as attending industry seminars and conferences. Provide recommendation to Associate Director on how to apply at Client Qualifications: " Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification " 3-4 years of experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience " Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in either campaign build, or campaign and technical QA capacity " Bachelor s Degree " Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals. " Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision. " Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates a clear aptitude for managing projects.
