YesMust Have Skills: AEM Java Cloud Nice to Have Skills: Detailed Job Description: Own and evolve the overall AEM solution architecture, including authoring, publishing, dispatcher/CDN, and content delivery layers. Lead the migration to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - Oak index strategy, repository and package structure, content compatibility, custom workflows, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines. Define component and template architecture for the SPA-based homepage redesign, establishing reusable, authorable patterns and design-system alignment. Architect search and content discovery (Elastic/AEM Search), including indexing strategy, relevancy, faceting, and performance. Design personalization, targeting, and permissioning models that respect content security and audience segmentation. Establish integration architecture with enterprise systems - authentication/SSO, user sync, database-backed services, and analytics instrumentation. Set and enforce engineering standards: coding guidelines, code review practices, performance budgets, accessibility (WCAG) compliance, and security remediation. Partner with product, design, QA, and DevOps to translate roadmap priorities into sound technical designs and phased delivery plans.
