Daily Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments with interested members and families
- Conduct virtual benefit presentations
- Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
- Use basic computer systems to manage client information
- Complete required applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
- Support quality control and client satisfaction
- Participate in leadership development and ongoing training
